Tenía muy buena pinta. Muy a propósito para la visita al Pico Areeiro. Depende a la hora que llegues para hacer un descanso o comer o ..... En el mío para 2 cafés. Pero si tenéis dudas entre tomar algo aquí o arriba...... no lo penséis. Arriba es carísimo. Ejemplo, botella pequeña de agua 1,5€. Casi lo mismo que los 2 cafés aquí. ~ Rafael B

Ein auf den ersten blick zugleich einladendes so wie erhobenes Ambiente, bestätigt sich im Folgenden mit dem gegebenen Service wie auch mit dem Essen. Eine herausstechende Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit seitens des Kellners (Ricardo Silver), macht sich bemerkbar, und lässt somit das jeweiligen Essen, was ohne hin, persönlicher Meinung nach, das Beste auf meinem Zweiwöchigen Madeira Aufenthalt war, um so genießbarer werden. ~ Vincent B

Di ritorno dalla passeggiata a Pico Ruvio ci siamo fermati in questo ristoro. Servizio veloce. Camerieri efficienti e gentili. C'era contemporaneamente un banchetto di un politico del posto ma sono stati molto accoglienti anche con gli ospiti occasionali. Bardzo dobre świeże jedzenie, trzeba chwile poczekać, ale można zamówić dobre portugalskie wino, oraz Bolo de Caco, a potem bardzo dobra ryba z frytkami ręcznie krojonymi. Ceny przyzwoite. Wpadliśmy po drodze ze szlaku tylko na zupę. Było akurat pustawo. Bardzo uprzejmi panowie z obsługi. Bogate menu. Zupa pomidorowo-cebulowa z jajkiem za 4,5 euro zrobiła dobrą robotę. Miejsce ma charakter przydrożnego bistro, widać, że to miejsce z historią. Jeśli macie ochotę na coś swojskiego, niepretensjonalnego, po drodze, to fajny wybór. ~ Anita R

Serviço muito bom. O espaço é muito agradável. Apenas o espaço exterior poderia ser limpo mais vezes.... parque de estacionamento. Mas as refeições são excelentes, o preços bons para a qualidade. É um lugar que fazemos questão de parar com todos os clientes. Espaço adequado para pessoas que vão praticar desporto na zona. Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. Vale 5 estrelas ~ GET A

Viemos ao Poiso jantar numa noite de Verão fresca. A lareira estava acesa e a sala muito acolhedora. A sopa de trigo é fantástica. Aliás... Todos os pratos que experimentamos estavam deliciosoa (bacalhau com broa, confin de pato, canja, bife à portuguesa). Uma palavra de apreço à Célia e ao Francisco pela simpatia com que nos receberam. Arrivé un vendredi soir vers 18h hors saison, la salle du restaurant avec feu de cheminée est très agréable et réconfortant. Tout est propre et l'équipe est très gentille. La pièce de boeuf du jour est un peu léger en quantité par rapport au prix (26€) voir photo. La cuisson de la viande n'est pas ce que vous demandez (par exemple on a demandé rare (en anglais), on a eu à point). ~ Tina N

Nos habían hablado muy bien de este restaurante y por fin decidimos parar a comer, habíamos estado antes para tomar café/cerveza, y nos fuimos súper contentos con la comida. Éramos 6 así que decidimos pedir entrantes y plato principal. Las porciones son grandes, tanto en entrante como en el plato principal. Bili nas četvero, sestra jela tacose kaže 5/5, frend pojeo rare Ribeye bio brutalan, žena jela pileća prsa, porcija ogromna i savršena i na kraju ja jeo T-bone steak (600g) bio savršeno savršen vratio bih se opet. Easily the best restaurant I have been to on the island and would 100% recommend if in the area of pico de Arieiro. Yesterday was such a great experience that we went again today. The waiter (balding man) was amazing, kind and asked us when we wanted to have our food and in what order. He was very helpfull with making a choice, was very knowledable about the options and gave me a suggestion that wasn't on the menu, which ended up being the best and biggest steak I had in my life for a fraction of the price you would pay in the Netherlands!! The food is amazing. The meat was perfect both days and it was nice that the menu is flexible with the sides. The services was top notch. Though, I did see other people having a different experience with the other waiter walking around. ~ Jorik v

Nur durch Zufall mit dem Auto die Straße befahren und da tauchte dieses Restaurant auf. Da wir noch nicht zu Mittag gegessen hatten sind wir gleich hier mal ran gefahren, Parkplätze vorhanden. Sehr schönes, urig eingerichtetes Restaurant mit einem Kamin. Das Essen war sehr lecker, Bedienung flink, die Preise sind okay. Ich hatte den schwarzen Degenfisch mit Banane, mmhhh köstlich. ~ Heidrun S

Abrigo do Poiso is exactly what you need after a day stomping around the mountains, beer, meat, and zero nonsense. Good beer at a very friendly price (always a strong start). I had meat on a laurel stick,pretty sure it was lamb, and it was superb. Properly cooked, full of flavour, and vaguely made me question why I don’t eat everything off a stick. The better half went for the lamb stew, which was equally spot on, rich, hearty, and done the traditional way. Staff were brilliant, attentive, friendly, and remarkably polite considering I rang up in a flap about my “lost” wallet, only to discover the prat in question (me) had left it sat in the car the entire time. Great food, good people, solid beer. Hard to fault. Would absolutely go back. ~ Edward H

Das melhores confecções gastronómicas da ilha da Madeira, atestado com sabores, aromas, deliciando os paladares mais exigentes. Área de restauração por excelência. Wunderbares traditionelles Essen. Nirgends wo anders habe ich schonmal nicht zähen Oktopus gegessen, er war wirklich sensationell. Die "soup verde" gabs in einem ausgehöhlten Brot. Der Kellner hat sehr oft an und vorbeigeredet, aber dass er fließend Englisch spricht, ist schonmal ein Plus. Ein Bier + 2xNachtisch + Suppe + Normales Gericht + Oktopus = circa 50€ ~ Laskaris B

Bajando del pico Areiro nos encontramos este restaurante. Un sitio muy bonito en medio del monte. La comida muy buena,comimos Milho frito q nos encantó,Roliños de carne ,un caldo verde ,alitas de pollo y un Tbone. Es verdad q no es barato pero tampoco demasiado caro.Volveríamos sin dudarlo.El atendimiento fue bueno, por ponerle un pero tenían mucha gente. ~ Genito H

Do lokalu wstąpiliśmy po zejściu ze szlaku w deszczowy dzień. Wewnątrz panował przyjemny klimat i ciepło od rozpalonego kominka. Zamówiliśmy polecaną jako lokalna zupę pomidorowa cebulową z jajkiem, szpadę wołową, bolo do caco, frytki i sałatkę oraz sangrie z musującego wina. Fantastic food, excellent service, and the overall look and feel is great. It is a bit pricey, but well worth it. There are four large distinct sitting areas. You enter through the outdoor tables, suitable for smokers or outdoor lovers. Inside, you see the bar and cafe area, with large TV and music. As you move further, you pass the family village-style rustic tables and simple yet quality tableware. Large wood fired fireplace separates the final, high-end area of the restaurant with fancy tableware, smooth music, and elegant atmosphere. Food also varies from classic Madeira fish soup and espetadas to saber fish with banana and passion fruit sause. They have a number fantastic beef based dishes, and the quality and taste are amazing. ~ Victor D

Llegamos y llovía, hacía frío, claro no como en Chile o en el sur de Chile, pero si un frío que te dan ganas de un chocolate caliente y ahí venden un chocolate uffff delicioso, más que delicioso, se podría decir como dice Mary Popins supercalifragilisticoespialidoso, yo pedí uno de avellanas y era entre Nutella y pudin un sabor delicioso y el de caramelo también un manjar ~ Valeria O

Miejsce bardzo godne polecenia, niezwykle klimatyczne, mają tam zupę de trigo, taki jakby nasz krupnik powiedzmy, bardziej treściwy. Bardzo dobry. Jadłem też klasyczną estepadę i była bardzo dobra,taka bardzo aromatyczna przesiąknięta chyba zapachem tego drewna i grilla. Gorąco polecam jak np zjeżdżacie z Pico do Areiro. ~ Arma J

ES-PEC-TA-CU-LAR Sin duda, uno de mis descubrimientos en Madeira Ligar muy muy típico con especialidad en carnes sabrosas y muy bien elaboradas. Bajando de Pico Arieiro podéis encontrarlo. Lastima no pude probar la especialidad porque no les quedaba, pero la espetada que comimos maravillosa y bien hecha. Un 10, sin duda alguna. 👌🏻 ~ Santiago B

Pasamos por ahí y nos llamó la atención . Miramos las reseñas y comprobamos que fue la mejor decisión que hicimos. Comimos tarde y no fue un problema,la sopa buenísima,el chorizo nos gustó tanto que tuvimos que pedir otro más. La carne y el pescado espectacular y para acabar una tarta de queso casera con la mermelada aparte para que te la eches tú. TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE!!! ~ Maria J
